本品は1958年製造の-6で、ブロードアロー分針とロリポップ秒針を採用しています。
ダイビングにおいて分針の視認性が重要視されたため、ブロードアロー針の役割が時針から分針へと移行しました。
黒文字盤において、オメガが時計史上最も早く開発したとされるマットダイヤルは、機能性を追求した証といえます。
レターとラインは下地出しの技法で描かれ、インデックスにはラジウムが埋め込まれ、ダイヤル面より一段低い設計が採用されています。
大ぶりなベゼルには12時位置にマーカーが付いており、視認性を高めています。
竜頭はナイアードです。
ケースは使用傷が最小限に抑えられた良好なコンディションです。

Introduced in 1957 with the 2913-1, the model evolved through eight variations, culminating in the 2913-8 in 1961. This particular example, a 1958-manufactured -6 variant, features the distinctive broad arrow minute hand and lollipop seconds hand. The transition of the broad arrow design from the hour to the minute hand reflects the growing emphasis on minute readability in professional diving. Omega's early adoption of a matte black dial?one of the first in watchmaking?demonstrates a focus on functionality. The dial’s lettering and lines are rendered using a negative-relief technique, while the radium-filled indices sit slightly recessed into the surface. The oversized bezel, complete with a 12 o’clock marker, enhances legibility. This model is also equipped with a Naiad crown. ? The case remains in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear. The crystal is virtually free of scratches, ensuring an unobstructed view of the beautifully aged dial. The original Bakelite bezel insert has fully faded, resulting in a ghosted appearance.
